this week in my kitchen

A few snapshots of what has been going on in my kitchen this week.

- Our lunchbox loaf
- Chicken, cashew and Thai basil stir fry (Pak Choy, thai basil and herbs from my garden)
- and a Friday night treat of homegrown dutch cream potatoes baked into chippies.

Linking in with the lovely Heather of Beauty That Moves.

Also playing along with Emily's 'stills' of The Beetleshack.

  4. They all look so delicious.....yum yum and yum.....we are looking to cook some stir frys over the holidays. I'm going to get James to make it so he will eat it because mostly stir frys are full of veggies and he is not one for veggies. Regards Kathy A, Brisbane, Australia
